Will's focus is divided between business and drinks. For the former, aside from the numerous awards won by the
Underdog Group, he has won awards as Drinks Business On-Trade Business Person of the Year, Drinks Business
Young Achiever of the Year and was voted No 1 in the Drinks Industry in the Observer Courvoisier Future
500 awards.

Will also regularly appears in print and on TV discussing the licensed trade and beer, and his first book,
An Appetite for Ale, won the Guild of Beer Writers, Beer and Food Writer of the Year Award.

Will is also a board member of Noctis, a lobbying group that represents the bar and nightclub industries
